Shattered’s Frequently Asked Questions

We ask our guests to dress comfortably in a long-sleeved shirt, pants, and closed-toe shoes. 

NO Sandals, Crocs, or other open-toe shoes - You MUST wear closed-toe shoes to experience the Rage Room. We will deny entry to anyone wearing open-toe shoes. 

We provide all PPE gear, such as coveralls and safety goggles.

All guests under 18 must have parent sign waiver. All guests under 13 must have parent in the room with them.  All guests under 5....sorry, you haven't lived long enough to rage with us.

Currently, we ask that you do not bring in your own items to the rage room. However, this may change in the future.

No alcohol is allowed on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. 

All shattered sessions must be booked online through our website. Click the book now button and pay only the booking fee online. Once you get to Shattered, you will pay the balance of your package. 

The rage sessions last for 20 minutes. 

Book your session online first.  When you come in for your appointment, let our staff know which add ons you'd like to add.  We'll take care of the rest!

YES! We'd love to host your party or event at Shattered!  Please stop by during our working hours or give us a call so we can chat about your needs and get your party scheduled!  

The rooms can hold up to 6 people. We have two rooms to accomodate your party. 

Depending on the package you get, the cost will vary. All bookings require a non refundable $25 booking fee.  Basic shatters are only $15 per person and our pacakges go up from there. 

Yes, and we do not have shoes to pass out at the rage room so please bring your own!
